- Licence is one year to be renewed with new student card.
- May not be used for commercial design projects or funded R&D.

- Must be a teacher of any technical course or at a boatbuilding school.
- May be used for curriculum or personal exploration.
- Licence is for one year to be renewed as long while still a teacher.
- May not be used for commercial design projects or funded R&D.
